RAPID

RAPID is a neon retro top down shooter where you must stop a megacorp named Cogent from nationally taking over by the use of military built robots.  You are a super soldier named the General and will accomplish your directive at all costs utilising your dexterity, awareness and speed.

Ben Kilby's first game started at 13 and finished at 16 years old. You can see my story in my book 'How to make RAPID'I show how I made a game and how to make a game through advice and quite a lot of regret.

During the development of RAPID I thought of many other ideas but I just had to finish and release it; that was the only goal. From this game I have an idea for a RAPID trilogy, first person shooter and open world adventure. If I live long enough I hope to instantiate my visions and stories. My goal is to make a game I find fun and enjoyable with others finding it the same.
